Our Guarantee
At Brixalonshorklox, we take pride in the quality of our indoor plants. Every plant is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives at your home in excellent condition.
Damaged or Unhealthy Plants
If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim, please:
- Take clear photos of the plant showing the damage
- Include photos of the packaging
- Email the photos to our support team
- Include your order number and delivery date
We will review your claim and offer a replacement plant or full refund at our discretion.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to the living nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Plants are perishable items that require specific care, and we cannot guarantee their condition after leaving your care.
If you are unsure about which plant to choose, please contact our team before ordering. We are happy to help you select the perfect plant for your space and experience level.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive a different plant than what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct plant to be sent to you at no additional cost, and we may ask you to return the incorrect plant or dispose of it responsibly.
Refund Process
Once your return claim is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when processed
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error
Plant Care Responsibility
Once your plant has been delivered and you have confirmed receipt in good condition, the care of your plant becomes your responsibility. We provide detailed care guides with every purchase, and our team is available to answer questions.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for plants that decline due to improper care after delivery.
